Terms of Service

• i have the right to decline or cancel any commissions for any reasons• process for commissions is sketch > sketch colours > lineart > base colours > shading• payment is sent right after confirming sketch• payment through paypal in USD/CAD or through kofi in USD• if i cancel your commission after payment, i will refund your full payment• if you cancel your commission during lineart, you will get your full payment back• if you cancel your commission during colouring/shading, you will get 50% of your payment back• you may request changes during the entire process however i won't make any huge changes past lineart• all commissions are for personal use (icons, banner, etc.)
commercial use is prohibited unless specified otherwise• commissions usually take 1-2 weeks to be completed
if anything were to occur that causes your commission to take longer, i will update you and give an estimate as to how long it will be• i will not take any commissions that will be used or will be connected to nfts/ai art in any way• photo references are required
i will not work based on full descriptions (descriptions + photos is allowed)

A: You will receive your commission with my regular watermark, however you may request a minimal version of my watermarkQ: How can I check how much my commission will cost before placing my order?
A: After sending in your form, I'll give a price estimate (final price may change after sketch)Q: I don’t know if my character is too NSFW or has too much gore, how can I check?
A: You can send the design to me and I’ll confirm whether or not I’m uncomfortable with drawing it
